Higher altitude / more cold-hardy?
[edit]I read somewhere that one distinction btw. koaia and koa was that koaia is more cold hardy / is found at higher altitudes. Can anyone confirm this? Dialectric (talk) 00:25, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
- I can confirm that it's wrong. The main ecological distinction is that koaia is more drought-tolerant; it's usually found at lower elevations. KarlM (talk) 11:11, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
