Which kind of transmitters used or use it as antenna tower? In 1939, when it was built, there was only AM broadcasting on wavelength > 100 metres. As the tower seems not to be insulated against the building, it is no mast radiator. Was it ever used for AM broadcasting? If yes, with which kind of antenna?

"The tower, which was demolished and rebuilt in 1994" is clearly wrong and is probably the result of sabotage?wycombe (talk) 08:06, 14 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
