Does anybody have a good wikipediable image for this type of antenna, please? --Shaddack 02:57, 21 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Original research

[edit]

This is a strange statement: It is not known how many antennae remain in existence. Of course, it is known. You just have to go and look, these structures are, after all, large enough to be visble from far away. To do some frowned-upon "orginal research": The structure near Augsburg is still standing according to my collegue who saw it yesterday while looking out of the window of an intercity train (and asked for my opinion what it was, what then made us find this article). rename

[edit]

When were these built?

[edit]

This seems to be one missing bit of data. Something more specific than "Cold War era"?--NapoliRoma (talk) 06:57, 14 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Locations

[edit]

Why are not the Elephant Cages at NSGA Skaggs Island (CA) and NSGA Hanza (Okinawa) not listed? I've personally seen both. Perhaps they were not FLR-9s but they were elephant cages. FRD-10?

NSGA = Naval Security Group Activity. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dbryant 94560 (talkcontribs) 03:14, 19 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
