Suggestions for improvement

Referencing: add in line citations, at least one per paragraph - more if the paragraph takes information from more than one source;
Coverage: the article jumps from 1758 to 1935, what happened in the intervening years?
Structure: the article needs an short introduction section, followed by one or more sections of content; this could be achieved by making an introduction section, History, Battle honours, Current structure, etc.;
Supporting materials: the article needs an infobox and or some images.
