Saks Fifth Avenue store building (Beverly Hills) → 9600 Wilshire Boulevard – 9600 and 9570 Wilshire Boulevard could be reasonably be considered "Saks Fifth Avenue store building (Beverly Hills)" at this point, and favoring this article for that title would contribute to confusion for readers who are unfamiliar with the minutia of this redevelopment project. Renaming this article by its street address and creating a disambiguation page of the original title (if need be) would rectify the incompleteness that this existing configuration suggests, and hatnotes could reasonably direct readers if they land on the wrong article.
