No. There is no citation in this article for the redesignation of 444th Air Expeditionary Squadron as 444th Air Expeditionary Advisory Squadron.
441st, 442d and 443rd Air Expeditionary Squadrons all located in Iraq and Syria as units running air bases in Operation Inherent Resolve and share lineages as former units of the 320th Bombardment Group. All apparently activated for the first time in 2016. 444th does not appear from unclassified sources to have been activated.
441st, 442nd and 443rd Air Expeditionary Advisory Squadrons were all different units than these three and were active around 2012-2013 in Afghanistan as part of the joint force training Afghan Air Force units. Information on the 444th Air Expeditionary Advisory Squadron matches this.
Headnotes on the 441st (redirect to 441st Bombardment Squadron), 442d and 443rd Air Expeditionary Squadrons all refer to the Advisory Squadrons and point out they are different units.
I'll be correcting this --Lineagegeek (talk) 23:31, 31 May 2024 (UTC)--Lineagegeek (talk) 23:31, 31 May 2024 (UTC)
Update: To confirm, the 444th Air Expeditionary Advisory Squadron was constituted under that name on 23 November 2009 in provisional status by authority of DAF A1M Ltr 273s-39, Subjectz; Air Combat Command Expeditionary Units. It trained Afghan AF units under the 838th Air Expeditionary Advisory Group. --Lineagegeek (talk) 20:01, 1 June 2024 (UTC)

444th Air Expeditionary Squadron → 444th Bombardment Squadron – Page was moved here in 2017 as most current name of unit. Later material was added concerning the 444th Air Expeditionary Advisory Squadron, an unrelated unit constituted in 2009. (since removed). Although the squadron was redesignated, it has never been active as an expeditionary unit. All of its active duty, campaign credits and decorations have been as a bombardment squadron. The customary week has passed with no opposition to the move. --Lineagegeek (talk) 21:06, 11 June 2024 (UTC)
