Built date

Official Guide to Perth and Its Neighbourhood by the Tramway Car Routes states the building "was erected in 1901" at a cost of £30,000. The year is at odds with the HES reference, but said book was published only six years after the building went up. Seasider53 (talk) 16:04, 2 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
