I'll be reviewing this article. Here are some comments:

Prize money
First round
Quarter-finals
  • in the 4th frame and took the fifth frame - Inconsistent again.
  • Why is Allen's quote on the maximum at the end of that para? I reckon that info should be stated immediately after the information about the overseas players making maximums.
    • my thoughts on this is that it's chronology. The statements happen after the match, so we should have them after we finish talking about the match. Maybe we should move the info about the maximum (other than it being scored) to after the match info is finished.Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 13:17, 22 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Semi-finals
Final
Tournament draw
Controversies
  • first round match and quarter final match both need hyphens.
  • O'Sullivan, who is involved in a disciplinary dispute with the sport's governing body, the WPBSA, is being reviewed by the World Snooker Tour for the outburst - Does this still hold true? Has anything changed since then?
Century breaks
Sources
  • Do either 79 or 87 really source those remarks made by O'Sullivan? I can't really find the quote there. I think this is the correct link for the BBC.
  • surpassing Bingham, who won the 2020 event aged 43 years and 243 days - Which one is the reference for this stat?
  • In the last para of the final, the sources state that Davis, Hendry and Williams won the Triple Crown events in the same season, but they don't support when they did it. I think it would be good to find a source for that.
Images
  • "(pictured)" would actually not be necessary, given that it is pretty obvious. None of the images were taken during the event, so it would be nice to add the year: "(pictured in 2014)".
  • I guess it's not amongst the criteria for good articles, but alternative text could be provided for images.
  • Aged 48 years and 40 days, he became the oldest Masters winner as well as the youngest - That wording would suggest that he became both things at the same time. I suggest an alternative wording.

That's all I got. Thanks in advance for your responses, Lee Vilenski and AmethystZhou. Kind regards. Alavense (talk) 10:24, 23 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I've been on a break for health reasons. I'll get some time to do this soon. Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 07:50, 8 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Alavense, thanks for being so patient. I think I've covered the above. Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 14:17, 26 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the amendments. I think the article meets the criteria, so I'll be passing it. Kind regards, Alavense (talk) 14:24, 26 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
