Merger discussion

2024 Democratic Republic of the Congo flu outbreak should be merged into 2024 Kwango province disease outbreak. Both articles were created around the same time but the first title is incorrect because the disease has not been confirmed as influenza. Johndavies837 (talk)

These are obviously the exact same topic, so I am merging them. Anyone is welcome to discuss the appropriate title, but it is inappropriate to continue to have duplicative overlapping pages. Reywas92^Talk 21:19, 4 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

No, it does not matter one bit which page previously had more or less info, they were both just started on the same topic. Now ALL of the info here, and you can add new info here. Do not say "mine" or "my article", you do not own this, and moreover "your" article's title is wrong because it's not confirmed to be the flu. Just build the content under this title.
