Is it necessary to include Ballon d'Or Detailed Votes by Country.
If so, please list the row into column and vice versa. Looking for associations rather than players.
Why those associations are able to cast votes as they are the top 100 associations at the FIFA World Rankings published July 18, 2024, the latest version before Ballon d'Or announcement. It should be referred. And Syria is in the top 100 but cast no votes.
