Orphaned references in 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. Feel free to remove this comment after fixing the refs. AnomieBOT⚡ 23:07, 11 April 2023 (UTC)
Qualified teams map
[edit]The qualified teams map seems to still show light blue, even after qualification is all over. So the map needs to be updated so that the light blue is changed to either red or blue depending on if the teams qualified or not. I do not know how to edit those maps sadly. This also affects the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup qualification article too as it uses the same map, but that article still denotes the light blue in the legend. -boldblazer 21:47, 25 June 2023 (UTC)
Attendance
[edit]Hello everyone, I would like to know where is a good source for exact match attendance so that we can add them to each match. I want it to be as accurate as possible, so if you know of it, please let me know here. Thanks and have a great day. Digitslain12 (talk) 03:45, 26 June 2023 (UTC)
- The current attendances listed are almost certainly incorrect—they appear to be the capacities of the venues rather than an actual reported attendance. Would be good to find a proper source. Ike348 (talk) 19:27, 4 July 2023 (UTC)
The Nicaragua note
[edit]The note about Trinidad and Tobago replacing Nicaragua is unnecessary for the group standings table, but I can't figure out how to remove it from there and why it is even there. It is defined as {{efn|name=Nicaragua}}
in another section but does not seem to be invoked in the section in question – which is transcluded from 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup Group A, where in fact the note does not show up. --Theurgist (talk) 22:23, 26 June 2023 (UTC)
- You're right. It's necessary in the Qualification section, where it's defined. But placing a {{notelist}} at the end of that table places the note there and creates a "Cite error" in the Group A section. @Frietjes: would you be able to figure out what is happening? Hoof Hearted (talk) 20:21, 27 June 2023 (UTC)
- Got it. I missed that the note was also invoked in the Draw section. Placing the {{notelist}} there seems to fix everything pretty nicely. Hoof Hearted (talk) 20:30, 27 June 2023 (UTC)
- okay, so you fixed it here? Frietjes (talk) 20:32, 27 June 2023 (UTC)
- Yes, I think so. Thanks for the quick response. Hoof Hearted (talk) 20:35, 27 June 2023 (UTC)
