Shouldn't the title have both topics in the name?

[edit]

It about time too, isn't it. Daylight savings time? Just saying. 2001:56A:F868:D500:184A:90B6:C19F:AA48 (talk) 06:01, 6 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

That’s why some people are suggesting that the article be moved to 2021 Alberta referendum (suggested 11 August 2021). — Eric0892 (talk) 04:23, 14 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

2021 Alberta equalization payments referendum2021 Alberta referendum – The Government of Alberta announced that the 2021 referendum will have two questions, one on equalization and one on daylight savings time. The wikipedia article name should be updated to reflect this change. I proposed 2021 Alberta referendum, which aligns with the naming convention for the 1995 Quebec referendum Caddyshack01 (talk) 02:32, 11 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Plural title?

[edit]

Since there are two referendums happening at the same time, should the title be "2021 Alberta referendums" as per other similar titles such as 2021 Swiss referendums or 2021 Maine referendums? --Ornithoptera (talk) 18:47, 19 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Along with this, the original rationale for the singular title was based on a single referendum regarding the independence of Quebec, rather than an article encompassing two different referendums occuring at the same time, feedback is appreciated! If there is support there could be a requested move.--Ornithoptera (talk) 18:49, 19 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
The current use I've seen so far is to use plural only when they're held at different dates. When it's held on the same day, it's no different than a referendum with multiple questions.--Aréat (talk) 12:45, 20 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
