Brackets format in Playoffs section

[edit]

@Nimrodbr: The home team advantage has noting to do with later stage team location in the brackets, as you can see in these examples:

  1. 2022 NBA playoffs § Bracket
  2. 2021 NBA playoffs § Bracket

The brackets should show the team's "path" through the stages. CLalgo (talk) 08:39, 11 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

My use of home team advantage did not refer to the quarterfinals but to the fact that this team has the home advantage in the series in question since it hosts twice at home and not just once. In my opinion, The examples from the NBA articles are irrelevant because the leagues' structure is different and, accordingly, the way you want to present the data. However, this is not critical for me. Nimrodbr (talk) 14:12, 11 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Nimrodbr: We can meet half way. How about this:
Quarterfinals
12–23 May 2022
Semifinals
25 May–3 June 2022
Finals
6–12 June 2022

2 Maccabi Tel Aviv 100 93 75 82 3
7 Hapoel Tel Aviv 88 86 93 77 1
2 Maccabi Tel Aviv 82 81 74 1
3 Bnei Herzliya 76 97 96 2
3 Bnei Herzliya 107 93 88 3
6 Hapoel Haifa 85 89 73 0
3 Bnei Herzliya 71 74 0
4 Hapoel Holon 78 90 2
1 Hapoel Jerusalem 85 96 87 84 3
8 Hapoel Gilboa Galil 88 61 60 42 1
1 Hapoel Jerusalem 78 75 77 1
4 Hapoel Holon 93 61 80 2
4 Hapoel Holon 97 90 88 3
5 Hapoel Galil Elyon 68 89 68 0

I still prefer the version you reverted from, but this one shows all paths and home field advantages that are known in retrospect. CLalgo (talk) 15:04, 11 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It's look OK. Nimrodbr (talk) 15:23, 11 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
