Colors of candidates

1st voting round
[edit]In the Electoral System section the article has the threshold "if no candidate reaches 50%+1 votes in the first round....". I think that would have been 1,079,430 votes. This is the threshold that applies in other 2-stage systems that I am aware of.
But twice (in the Lead and Results) it has "the necessary threshold of 50%+1 vote from all registered voters". That seems to be 2,214,517 votes (higher that the total actually cast). Is this correct?
Is the change in total registered voters of -9150 due to newly-eligible citizens minus deaths? Or something different? Needs explanation. Davidships (talk) 09:41, 2 April 2019 (UTC)
