  • João Barbosa started from the pole position for Mustang Sampling Racing by lapping quickest in qualifying, and held the lead Same subject both sides, so no comma. WP:CINS
  • with the Mustang Sampling Racing, VisitFlorida Racing, Extreme Speed Motorsports and Whelen Engineering Racing teams be consistent on use or non-use of a serial comma
  • Is it necessary to list every driver on a team in the lead except for maybe the winning teams? It results in paragraph 3 being a slog to read.

  • The IMSA arranged the grid Should this be just "IMSA", no definite article? There are six instances of "the IMSA" in this page

Race

  • Briscoe's No. 67 Ford sustained rear-wing damage against the barrier at the exit of the Bus Stop chicane after he lost control, and went to the garage for repairs. Remove comma (CinS)
  • this dropped the WTR car to second, and promoted Rast's VisitFlorida car to the lead Remove comma (CinS)
  • WTR's Angelelli retook the lead from Rast's VisitFlorida entry and Porsche's speed in the rain moved Add a comma after "entry"
