Qualified Teams?
[edit]Some teams like Chelsea, Bayern and Juve are the respective league winners, so should not they be included?

- Not in this article. This is an article about the final of the competition, and the participants won't be confirmed for over a year. We haven't even found out who will play in this year's CL final yet, let alone next year's! – PeeJay 23:28, 5 May 2015 (UTC)
- Yes, we can not predict the final, but still don't we mention the previous legs? (I don't know because I am not so active on this WikiProject)

Offside
[edit]Why is there no mention of the fact that Real Madrid's goal was offside and shouldn't have been allowed? 14.202.71.217 (talk) 04:42, 30 May 2016 (UTC)
- Find a reliable source that agrees with you and add it yourself. If you can't find one, clearly he wasn't offside. – PeeJay 10:32, 30 May 2016 (UTC)
- It is not a controversial statement by any means. Commentary during the final said it was offside but VAR didn't exist. Here's the first link I can find: https://www.espn.com/soccer/story/_/id/37583492/real-madrid-sergio-ramos-offside-2016-ucl-opener-mark-clattenburg KabkaCaana (talk) 04:33, 29 August 2023 (UTC)

Spanish language?
[edit]Hi. There is somehow at least one sentence not in English language. It lies in the section about Opening ceremony. "El himno de la UEFA Champions League estaba cantada por el famoso tenor italiano del mundo Andrea Bocelli." Can someone translate it? Thank you. --Triquelito (talk) 22:10, 10 February 2021 (UTC)
