Is a picture of her burning body really necessary?

That seems to go beyond the graphic detail that Wikipedia articles usually contain. --Ifrit (Talk) 13:22, 6 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I have taken the liberty of removing the image from the article presently. I don't think its inclusion is necessary or desirable. Any similar images on Wikipedia, such as that of the self-immolation of Thích Quảng Đức, is not the focus point at the top of the article it's featured in, nor is it as graphic, nor was the burning it depicts an act of murder. --Ifrit (Talk) 12:12, 22 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Is photo actually of her tombstone?

The date of death on the tombstone is December 2014. The lynching was May 2015. Is this actually her tombstone, or someone who has the same name? LarkFinch (talk) 15:12, 3 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I think this incident happened in December 2014 but was only reported by the media in May 2015 Octagon758 (talk) 22:28, 5 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
