Speedy delete proposal
[edit]Attack was an act of "terrorism" according to reliable sources. Condemnations from PA, etc.
Be bold, edit.
- This wasn't a speedy delete, it was a WP:PROD. I will wait and see how this event develops. I, Jethrobot drop me a line (note: not a bot!) 08:13, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
- My bad. Anyways, safer to wait. Odds are in favor of keep IMO considering the attention it is receiving and the high-profile nature of Israeli/Palestinian conflict. WikifanBe nice 08:35, 30 August 2011 (UTC)
notability
[edit]THis article fails the general notability guideline, as such it doesn't have sufficient notability for a standalone article. However, the coverage a allows merger into List of armed conflicts and attacks, July – December 2011. Claiming this event is notable simply because the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is notable, goes against the principle - generally accepted in the community - that notability is not inherited.--Cerejota (talk) 06:45, 5 September 2011 (UTC)
- Disagree. Refer to AFD reasoning. May provide additional points here in the future if I feel like it. WikifanBe nice 06:53, 5 September 2011 (UTC)
Perpetrator
[edit]This JPost article, while getting his name wrong, says that the perpetrator is from Qalqilya, which is worth checking out. This Ynet article corroborates that. —Ynhockey (Talk) 10:15, 4 March 2012 (UTC)
