MPL infobox vs results summary infobox

[edit]

The problems with the major party leader infobox are discussed at length here: Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Australian politics. I had thought this argument was pretty much closed. But feel free to continue it there, since it affects more pages than just this one. Joestella 01:13, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WA 2pps

[edit]

Can't think of a better place to place them, and they're curiously absent from the printed 1990 statistics for all but two seats. Source is Labor Voice 12(2), May 1990, p.10. The commentary in the article believed that the election demolished a political maxim, quote "Governments facing difficult economic and political circumstances don't lose on that factor alone, the alternative needs to be credible". If this could be found in a source less partisan than Labor Voice, it would be quite interesting to include, especially given 2004 essentially validated this conclusion also.
