What do they play?

Why, Oh Why, do American "sports" articles make us guess that that is what they are, and then never tell us (as an encyclopedia should) what game is played? I'd guess they play halma, except that the references include the word "baseball".--SilasW (talk) 09:38, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I fail to understand Jj137(+colours)'s comment. If editor-fans can't appreciate that most of the world does not know whether the Tombstone Tumblers (or whoever) play halma (see WP) and that the point of an encyclopedia is to inform and not to scream to the knowers that our Tombstone Tumblers are the greatest you-know-whats then maybe mass deletions might be preferable to gentle attempts to get it to their notice.--SilasW (talk) 21:27, 22 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
