[edit]After looking at the 1966 Notre Dame vs. Michigan State football game page built from the Game of the Century (college football) page, I decided that this subject needed its own page too. Group29 22:07, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

Campbell, Colin - The Greatest Radio and TV Broadcasters of the Twentieth Century] Associated Content, May 31, 2006 "Known as the "voice of college football", Keith Jackson started his career as a college football announcer in 1967 broadcasting the USC - UCLA contest for the then Pacific 8 (now the Pac 10) conference. USC won 21 to 20. Keith refers to this game as he does many others 'The Game of the Century.'" URL at www.associatedcontent.com/article/34756/the_greatest_radio_and_tv_broadcasters.html

Content Neutral?
[edit]O.J. Simpson couldn't get going? He had 188 yards! The Oregon State-USC portion of the article is very pro-USC. I dispute "downpour" because no rain fell during the game. I would also dispute "quagmire," which is also often used to describe the conditions because there was nothing unusual about the playing conditions in Oregon in mid-November. It may have been muddy, but Simpson was a mudder. The rest of the Trojans may not have been ready to play a game in Oregon in mid-November, but Simpson didn't seem to be slowed by the mud. I will change the article to make it more content-neutral if there are no objections. Wilkyisdashiznit (talk) 07:10, 22 February 2009 (UTC)
