Link to "Girl Scouts"
[edit]There is disagreement about whether the term "Girl Scouts" should be linked or not. The use at the time was just to refer to Girls who wanted to be Scouts. There was no organisation. I think it appropriate therefore that this be not linked. If it is to be linked it should be linked to what they became, Girl Guides, i. e. Girl Scouts, not to he disambiguation page which is not useful in this context. --Bduke (Discussion) 06:46, 7 January 2012 (UTC)
- That's what I wanted to do in the original context, thanks, let's do it!--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 02:28, 8 January 2012 (UTC)
- OK, I'm happy with that. Cheers and Happy New Year. --Bduke (Discussion) 05:48, 8 January 2012 (UTC)
POV IP
[edit]The organization is called The Scout Association. At that time, it was called The Boy Scout Association. It was never called anything like "Baden-Powell's Scout Association". Stop trying to shoehorn in your POV. It was not the only one, find a better way to say it if you are bent on it.
