F. Robert Biddulph scored in several of the regional cup games during 1882–83, however it is unlikely that an article will be created for him as he does not meet the WP:FOOTY/N criteria: he did not play in any FA Cup games and his career pre-dated both professionalism and the Football League. --Jameboy (talk) 14:39, 19 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Matthews (1987) lists "White" as one of the scorers in the 26–0 against Coseley, however there are no Albion players of this name during this period. I therefore assume this is a typo (footnoted) and the player is in fact John While, who captained the club to victory in the Staffordshire Senior Cup. Like Biddulph, While's career appears to have pre-dated both professionalism and the Football League and he made no FA Cup appearances, so I have not wikilinked his name. --Jameboy (talk) 18:14, 19 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
