New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission

The Wikipedia article is entitled New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, but this article mentions New York Landmarks Preservation Foundation as placing a placque. The Foundation is described at [1], but does not have an article. Perhaps some knowledgeable New York City editor can add information here or on the the NYC Preservation Commission article.
