I notice that there is a book cited here that is linked to scribd. Is this definitely uploaded to scribd with the author's permission? I don't read Cyrillic script or any of the languages that use it, so I can't check, but we aren't allowed to link to works that are violating copyright, per WP:ELNEVER.
