Rudice is a municipality and village in Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants.
Rudice lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) east of Uherské Hradiště, 21 km (13 mi) south of Zlín, and 266 km (165 mi) south-east of Prague.
