Qaleh Sukhteh (Persian: قلعه سوخته)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Parvaz Rural District of Emamzadeh Hasan District, Falard County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran.[4] It was the capital of Poshtkuh Rural District[5] until its capital was transferred to the village of Darreh Namdari.

The village is populated by Lurs.[6]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 877 in 179 households, when it was in Poshtkuh Rural District of the former Falard District of Lordegan County.[7] The following census in 2011 counted 1,085 people in 248 households.[8] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 962 people in 239 households.[2]

In 2022, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Falard County. The rural district was transferred to the new Emamzadeh Hasan District, and Qaleh Sukhteh was transferred to Parvaz Rural District created in the district.[4]
