Pyrus oxyprion

Pyrus oxyprion is a species of pear in the family Rosaceae.

The Red List suggests that it is endemic to Turkey;[1] however, the species is listed as present in Georgia,[2][3] Armenia,[4] Nakhchivan,[5] and Kermanshah Province, Iran.[6]

A phylogenetic study places it as most closely related to P. sosnovskyi (Fed.) and P. georgica (Kuth.).[7]
