"Mycolicibacter virginiensis" (formerly Mycobacterium virginiense[2]) is a species of bacteria from the phylum Actinomycetota.[1] It is susceptible to clarithromycin, ethambutol, rifabutin, and TMP-SMX.[1] It has been isolated from cases of tenosynovitis,[1][4] swine farm mud,[5] bovine feces,[6] sputum,[7] and diseased dromedaries.[8]
