Malé Březno (German: Kleinpriesen) is a municipality and village in Most District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.

Malé Březno lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Most, 40 km (25 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 75 km (47 mi) north-west of Prague.
