The construction of the village began in 1526, coinciding with the establishment of the Mughal Empire. Although Almoda has since passed away, his legacy endures through an annual event known as Urus, which commemorates his contributions to the village and serves as a testament to the community’s resilience and unity. The village also has a notable historical event, the Battle of the Kaifs, which was a four-year conflict between 2 brother[1]
