According to the European Commission Directorate-General for Trade. The 10 largest trading partners of the European Union with their total trade (sum of imports and exports) in billions of euros for calendar years 2020 and 2021 listed below. In the table, a positive (green) trade balance means that the EU exports more to the given country than it imports from that country.

With United Kingdom withdrawal from the European Union, the United Kingdom entered the top ten partners of the EU-27.
