Kalkhuran Sheykh (Persian: كلخوران شيخ)[a] was a village in, and the former capital of, Kalkhuran Rural District[4] of the Central District of Ardabil County, Ardabil province, Iran.

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 3,069 in 794 households.[2] After the census, the village was absorbed by the city of Ardabil.[5]
