Ibiporã is a municipality in the state of Paraná in the Southern Region of Brazil.[2][3][4][5]
The municipality contains the 74 hectares (180 acres) Ibiporã State Park, created in 1980.[6]
Toponymy
[edit]"Ibiporã" comes from the Tupi language and means "pretty land", from yby ("land") and porang ("pretty").[7]
