Hati District (Persian: بخش حتی)[a] is in Lali County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Taraz.[4]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 8,393 in 1,496 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 8,154 people in 1,543 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 8,872 inhabitants in 1,947 households.[2]

After the census, the village of Taraz was elevated to the status of a city.[7]
