Why I resubmitted it

- Actually, OhHaiMark, only a couple of sentences have been added since then. And nothing within past half-year but for one sentence added specifically for deletion prevention. The draft has certainly not been improved upon and appears to be in the same state that it was when initially declined. Drdpw (talk) 13:21, 31 May 2024 (UTC)
