I'm researching about prominent cyberneticians and Paul Pangaro was referred several times, thus I was surprised to find there is no page for him on wikipedia. As part of my current research I could contribute, however it's not clear what's missing on this page to be submitted. I want to make sure contributions are helpful, relevant and not wasted time.
This applies for other cyberneticians resulting from this research.
