Article should be referenced for all entries or at the very least for all living people in it. I checked a few, and e.g. Georg von Trapp, Tom Jones (singer), Alison Moyet, Mick Beddoes... don't have any indication that they are monarchists, despite having extensive articles: so it looks as if, even if they are monarchists, it isn't an important, defining characteristic, and they probably shouldn't be included.
