[edit]WithMe, Inc. is an American company specializing in tech-enabled amenities, with a focus on providing services such as self-serve printing and coffee solutions to multifamily communities. The company is the parent organization of both PrintWithMe and SipWithMe.
Company History
[edit]WithMe, Inc. was founded as PrintWithMe in 2014 by entrepreneur Jonathan Treble in Chicago, Illinois. The company introduced a network of self-service printer kiosks in locations such as apartment buildings, coffee shops and coworking spaces.[1][2] In 2021, WithMe rebranded as WithMe and expanded its offerings to include SipWithMe, a coffee amenity service designed for multifamily housing communities.[3] As of 2024, WithMe’s amenities serve over 2 million apartment homes across the United States. PrintWithMe and SipWithMe devices are installed in nearly 4,000 conventional multifamily and student housing properties. The company’s solutions are used by 40 property management companies listed on the National Multifamily Housing Council's 50 Largest Apartment Managers list.[4]
Growth and Recognition
[edit]WithMe, Inc. has been named one of the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies for four consecutive years.[5] In 2023, the company also received recognition as an Inc. Power Partner, an award given to companies contributing to the success of their clients through quality partnerships.[6] In 2024, WithMe was named a National Apartment Association Top Employer.[7]
