The Williamstown Baseball Club was formed on Friday 13th March 1908[1] at a meeting at the Williamstown Cricket Club Pavilion.

The club played their first game against Collingwood on 25th April 1908 at Williamstown Football Ground.[2] Known as the Williamstown Wolves, the club plays home games at Greenwich Reserve[3] on The Strand, Newport, Victoria the adjacent suburb to Williamstown, Victoria[4]. The club fields teams in the Baseball Victoria Summer League Competition with teams in the Seniors, Juniors and Women's grades.

Williamstown's first success came in 1909 with Minor Premiership in B-Grade Section[5] then went on to win the Premiership defeating Moonee Ponds with the score of 11-9 with the game played at Albert Park[6]
