[edit]英文名Stephen，男，1978年出生于天津市，IDG TN（IDG TechNetwork China）创始人、董事长，IDG TN是由IDG集团于2005年创立，同时担任GII集团（Global Innovation Investment）创始人、董事长，GII在全球范围内开展风险投资业务，在北京、上海、深圳、厦门、香港、新加坡和东京都设有公司，同时担任Turbulence Capital创始合伙人，专注投资二级市场。
2005年王健毕业于德国宾根大学（Bingen University, Rheinland），获得国际贸易及经济学硕士学位（MBA）。2009年至2014年，担任软银投资集团（SBI Group）子公司执行董事，2014年加入IDG集团，2019成为IDG TN董事长，同年创建GII集团，2024参与创建Turbulence Capital。
2018年毕业于中欧国际工商学院（CEIBS），获得国际认证的工商管理硕士学位（EMBA），2023年毕业于长江商学院（CKGSB）总裁班，2024年加入中国国民党革命委员会，成为民革党员。
