Davon D. Meeks (born April 22, 2003), professionally known as VonOff1700, is an American recording artist. He released his debut single "Walk Down" in 2020 and his breakout single "Opps On Deck" went viral on Instagram in 2024.

Meeks was born in Chicago, Illinois. He was influenced by rappers such as, Polo G, Rod Wave, Meeks began pursuing a serious rap career in 2020, after his older brother started rapping. Meeks' main goal in Hip-Hop is to, "I need to get rich as f**k to take care of my whole family and s**t, you know? But with my music, I need plaques for all my s**t. I want to have a wall full of them b***hes." Meeks has cosigns from Sexyy Red, Rod Wave and Polo G, and many others.[1]

In mid-2023, Meeks signed with Signal Records, a sub-label of Columbia Records.[1]

Meeks released two projects in 2024. On April 23, he dropped his debut project #FreeMyHoodFukYoHood*, featuring his brother BrickOff1700, Screwly G, and MAF Teeski, among others. A Bounce Out Edition followed in June, with a collaboration with G Herbo. On October 29, 2024, he released his first studio album #TurntUpNotBurntUp, featuring King Von, Lil Baby, and the controversial track "Dead N****s," which gained attention for the disrespectful lyrics.[2]
