[edit]Faiber Stiven Caicedo Castro, professionally known as V E N E S T I, is a Colombian singer, songwriter, and music producer specializing in the urban genre. Born in 1995 in the lush surroundings of the Pacific jungle, Caicedo's passion for writing emerged at the age of 11. He subsequently moved to Cali to pursue his high school education.
In Cali, often referred to as the "branch of heaven," Caicedo's interest in blending lyrics with melodies deepened. His dedication to music flourished as he spent time in the high school rehearsal room, where his discipline and talent caught the attention of the music director. Recognizing his vocal prowess, particularly in interpreting salsa songs, Caicedo was granted a position as a vocalist in the school orchestra.
By 2015, Caicedo had resolved to make music his career. He experimented with various musical genres before committing to urban music. Over the next four years, he navigated the challenges of establishing himself as an independent artist, including facing industry scams and obstacles.
Caicedo's breakthrough came through collaborative songwriting and music production for other artists.
