Submission declined on 4 April 2024 by Johannes Maximilian (talk). This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. - Comment: A lot of the article is cited to press releases, the company's website, and routine coverage (e.g. funding announcements), which don't help to establish notability. C F A 💬 03:27, 30 July 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: The draft is largely based on references to the subject as a source (i.e., a non-independent source). On Wikipedia, articles are based on reliable secondary soueces with significant coverage that don't depend on the subject itself. The heavy focus on subject-influenced sources results in a depiction heavily biased towards the subject, which is unencyclopedic. This is a serious problem, and it cannot be addressed fast; I strongly suggest you rewrite the draft from scratch with good references to WP:SIRS-compliant sources. Also note that, Austrian trade law does not define CEO, CFO, etc., thus, these positions do not legally exist in Austrian GmbHs, and don't make sense here.
