Squad Busters is an online mobile action game developed and published by the Finnish video game company Supercell. The game was released globally on 29 May 2024 for the Android and iOS platforms.
The game is a crossover of other video games by Supercell, featuring characters from Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, Brawl Stars, Hay Day, and Boom Beach.
Gameplay
[edit]In Squad Busters, ten players race to accumulate the most amount of gems in a four minutes building a squad of fighting characters. Characters are purchased from chests using gold, which can be found through defeating non-player characters, eliminating other squads, felling trees, or breaking loot boxes. When a player obtains three of the same type of character, they are combined into a "fusion" character, which is more powerful. Most of the methods which reward coins also reward gems. In addition, players can harvest a central gem mine, which opens in the final minute of the match. Players are able to gain a temporary speed boost by pressing a button, and can also cast spells by collecting items.
