Shinagawa International School (SIS) (品川インターナショナルスクール) is an international school. Both campuses are situated in the commercial Seaside area of the Shinagawa Ward of Tokyo within 5 mins walk of each other. It educates students from preschool to high school –ages two and a half to eighteen– [1] under the IB Programme.
History
[edit]SIS was founded in May, 2007.[2] In the beginning, it was an international exchange school situated inside the Jingumae Public Elementary School Campus in Shibuya. SIS has received the IB Primary Years Programme authorization in 2015, IB Middle Years Programme authorization in 2023, the IB Diploma Programme authorization in 2024, and CIS[3] membership in 2022.
