The Rejuvenation Olympics (RO) is a Community dedicated to Understanding and Improving how we Age. A competition that encourages participants to reverse their biological age through proven anti-aging strategies. Founded by Bryan Johnson and Tru Diagnostic in 2023.[1][2]
Competitions
[edit]The Rejuvenation Olympics includes (for now) one competition that is named "Dunedin PACE" also called "TruPACE", It provides a clearer picture of how fast a person is aging.[3] In the future it is expected that another competition called "Symphony Age" in which participants compete to see who has the less biological age in 11 distinct organ systems.[4]
DunedinPACE
[edit]The DunedinPACE study utilizes DNA methylation technology to reveal how fast individuals age biologically. It utilizes data from large-scale methylation analysis (EPIC850k array data or better) covering over 850,000 methylation sites in your chronological age. In the Rejuvenation Olympics, DunedinPACE ranks participants by their biological resilience, inspiring lifestyles that nurture longevity.
