Quayside Shopping Centre is a shopping centre located in Derry, Northern Ireland. Construction began in late 1991 and was completed in Early 1993. The Centre has 25 units of which 14 are occupied, leaving the centre with a 56% occupancy rate. The centre is spread across a 2.96 acre site along Derry's Waterfront at the Northern end of the City Centre, it is bordered to the West by the Strand Road. Quayside extends to a size of 80,000 sq ft (7000 sq m). Making it the Smallest of Derry's City Centre shopping centres. The development is anchored by Tesco.
