Pukekohe Park Thoroughbred Racetrack is located in the picturesque surrounds of Pukekohe, 40 minutes south of Auckland City, is one of two racetracks governed by Auckland Thoroughbred Racing, the other Ellerslie in Central Auckland.
Pukekohe Park hosts a dozen thoroughbred race meetings a year and comes alive in mid November each year for its sell-out Counties Cup Day, featuring the heritage Group 3 Counties Cup, Group 3 Counties Bowl Sprint along with the Group 2 Auckland Thoroughbred Breeders' Stakes.
Pukekohe Park is an industry-leading thoroughbred training centre and the stabling area caters for over 190 horses.
