PropertyLimBrothers (PLB) is a real estate agency, property management and media company, headquartered in Singapore.[1][2][3][4]
History
[edit]PropertyLimBrothers was founded in 2018 by Melvin Lim and Adrian Lim, following their stint as Prisons Officers at Singapore Prison Service and their first venture towards real estate in 2007.[5][6]
On 9 September 2022, PropertyLimBrothers left PropNex to form PLB Realty.[7]
Founders Melvin and Adrian Lim practiced real estate over the course of 10 years through traditional methods, prior to the formation of PropertyLimBrothers. During that time, with the property industry getting increasingly competitive, they looked for ways to stand out. Inspired by home tour videos crafted by real estate agents overseas and how the immersive viewing experience gave these agents a competitive edge and greater reach, the duo posted their first home tour in January 2017 as PropertyLimBrothers.[8]
Since 2018, PropertyLimBrothers has crafted more than 2,724 home tour Videos and Educational Real Estate Content, and transacted over 1,728 properties.[9]
Corporate Social Responsibility
[edit]PropertyLimBrothers has been working closely with World Vision Singapore for over 3 years, since 2021 with aims to improve the quality of life of the needy. World Vision is a Christian humanitarian non-profit organisation dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide.[10]
In 2022, PropertyLimBrothers took part in a humanitarian aid expedition with World Vision Singapore to Sambour, Cambodia to understand the villagers’ living conditions and healthcare challenges. There, the team provided Procter & Gamble water purifier sachets, clean water and introduce hygiene habits.[8]
